覆水难收 (fu4 shui3 nan2 shou1) is a Chinese proverb that can be translated as “It’s no use crying over spilt milk”. A more literal translation is “Spilt water is difficult to pick up”. This is closer to the meaning that I am looking for, that once something is done, it cannot be undone.
So this site is about problems: it is about poaching; it is about the animal trade; and it is about China. One day I hope we will know the solutions to these problems, and one day I hope that China will will know the solution to her environmental problems, too. But for now, the purpose of this site is to collect information on issues of varying urgency; for now, the message of this site is to raise awareness.
Hi, your blog is awesome! I just posted a blog about the China’s attitude after Kasena as well .As you said, hope China will know the solution to her environmental crisis, more importantly, China should take the responsibility not only for itself but also for the whole world. 😀
